Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE), Purchase to Pay (m/f/d) Purpose In this role, you will support the Leader Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) and contribute to driving key initiatives in the Purchase to Pay (PTP) area across the EMENA region. Main Responsibilities - Definition of business and technical requirements for process optimizations and automation initiatives in the Accounts Payable (PTP) area - Implementing and supporting Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions such as xFlow and/or OpenText for SAP - Coordinating and managing the PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region - Proactively identifying functional and process‑related issues, harmonization potential, and developing supporting documentation and work instructions for the PTP area, especially for the BPO provider - Implementing new processes and optimizing existing processes and solutions within PTP - Preparing and analyzing monthly performance evaluations for the respective country organizations - Working independently while collaborating closely with the central CoE team in Germany across the EMENA region - This role requires a strong process mindset, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to driving improvements across a regional scope.
