What You’ll Bring • Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) • Strong capability in 12d (essential) • Experience with AutoCAD, plus exposure to Bentley Rail and/or OpenRoads • Design experience in rail, roads, or land development (specialisation in one is highly valued) • Background within a consulting/design environment • A practical mindset with the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality design outcomes • Confidence working with stakeholders and contributing to a strong team culture
