Responsibilities:
Strategic Problem Solving & Recommendation Development
• Structure complex and ambiguous business questions into clear, hypothesis-driven workplans. • Identify the underlying drivers of business performance, market evolution, and competitive advantage.
Growth Strategy & Business Case Development
• Assess growth opportunities across service lines, customer segments, regions, and countries. • Evaluate market attractiveness, strategic fit, competitive intensity, required capabilities, and potential economics. • Build business cases, scenarios, and sensitivities to inform investment and resource-allocation decisions. • Support market-entry, geographic expansion, service-line development, and portfolio-prioritization initiatives. • Translate market and customer evidence into clear growth theses and practical action plans.
Market & Competitive Strategy
• Develop fact-based perspectives on market size, growth, customer demand, and competitive dynamics. • Assess competitors’ service offerings, capabilities, geographic footprints, strategic moves, and partnerships. • Identify emerging market patterns, disruption risks, capability gaps, and potential sources of differentiation.
Corporate Development & Strategic Projects
• Support M&A screening, partnership assessments, and selected strategic due diligence activities. • Develop market landscapes, target screens, strategic rationales, and investment narratives. • Contribute to assessments of new services, business models, capabilities, and geographic opportunities.
Executive Communication & Storytelling
• Produce clear, structured, and executive-ready PowerPoint materials. • Distill large volumes of information into concise insights, choices, and recommendations. • Develop insight-led storylines that connect evidence with business implications.
Stakeholder Interaction & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Strategy Manager and broader Strategy team as a thought partner and workstream owner. • Engage stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Services, Operations, and other functions to gather evidence and test hypotheses. • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and decision-relevant.
Analytical Quality & Knowledge Development
• Ensure analyses are transparent, defensible, and appropriately documented. • Triangulate internal and external evidence while recognizing data limitations, biases, and uncertainty. • Use business intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled tools where they improve the quality, speed, or consistency of insight generation.
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Strategy, Economics, Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, transaction advisory, market intelligence, or another role supporting strategic decisions. • Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, or comparable experience in a high-performing internal strategy team, is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience structuring ambiguous problems, developing hypotheses, conducting analysis, and converting findings into recommendations. • Experience creating executive-ready deliverables and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, logistics, or complex B2B environments is preferred but not essential. • Evidence of strong analytical ability, strategic judgment, intellectual curiosity, and personal ownership is essential.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strategic & Commercial Thinking
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills. • Ability to connect market, customer, competitor, operational, and financial evidence into a coherent strategic perspective. • Sound commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish interesting analysis from decision-relevant insight.
Communication, Influence & Executive Presence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong PowerPoint storytelling and presentation capabilities. • Ability to translate complexity into clear insights, implications, and recommendations. • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and defending a point of view. • Ability to influence decisions through logic, evidence, and constructive collaboration.
Personal Attributes

Essential Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Ability to build clear, auditable quantitative models. • Ability to develop concise, executive-ready presentations. • Working familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
