Practicante para planta Juárez 1 Estudiantes activos (un año o más para egresar) de Lic en contabilidad, finanzas o administración de empresas. Conocimientos y habilidades
• Inglés básico-intermedio
• Conocimiento de Excel
• SAP deseable
• Proactividad, trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación y organización
Principales deberes y responsabilidades
• Apoyo con actividades financieras y administrativas para las operaciones aduanales de Querétaro y Juárez
• Dar seguimiento a la facturación con proveedores y usuarios clave del negocio.
• Generación de reportes semanales
• Conciliación de gastos aduanales
• Análisis semanal de reportes de gastos
• Generación de reportes en SAP
• Conciliación de pagos a proveedores
• Proceso de pagos
• Seguimiento de discrepancias en cuentas de gastos
• Conciliación de cuenta PECE
