About this role
The Digital Solutions and Operational Intelligence team DSOI is seeking a Solution Management Sr. Consultant to support and enhance Risk Business Intelligence and Analytics Technology platforms. This role partners closely with a Product Owner to gather requirements define solutions coordinate release activities and support the global adoption of Risk BI and A tools.
The Sr. Consultant will work with Global and Regional Risk teams Technology BI and A Client Services and Change Management to deliver platform improvements data insights and operational enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical organized and effective at working across multiple workstreams.
Essential Functions
Product and Solution Support
Support the Product Owner with requirements gathering documentation user stories and solution definitionSupport backlog preparation organization and prioritization for development teamsCoordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate releases and enhancementsMonitor platform performance track issues and collaborate with Technology teams on resolutionSupport user training release communications and readiness activitiesProvide user support and help stakeholders follow best practices when using BI and A toolsRisk and Data Analysis
Build subject matter knowledge of Risk BI and A data models reporting layers dashboards and analytics workflowsCreate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and risk governance groupsAnalyze system usage workflow data and process trends to identify improvement opportunitiesPerform data validation tasks support data quality reviews and assist with data migration when neededExceptions and Governance Support
Execute and maintain the Risk BI and A exception management processReview exception requests for completeness and alignment to control expectationsCollaborate with Cybersecurity Risk Assessment and other internal teams involved in exception analysisMaintain tracking dashboards and provide regular updates to leadershipSupport governance forums including agendas meeting notes and follow up actionsStakeholder Coordination and Process Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk BI and A Technology Client Services and ComplianceDocument business needs enhancement requests and process gaps and translate them into structured requirementsContribute to business case development for new features enhancements and platform investmentsMaintain proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycleThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDTechnical engineering experience with query languages (e.g., SQL, Hive) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau)Experience working with program management tools (e.g., JIRA)Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional business intelligence initiativesExcellent written, oral, and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex and technical information into clear recommendations and courses of actionsDemonstrable analytical and problem-solving skillsEnjoys asking the next question and searching for deeper knowledge about everythingA team player and collaborator, works well with a diverse group of individuals in a matrixed environmentVisa experience or knowledge of payments or client service industries is desirableDemonstrated experience leading projects as a scrum master or product owner Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $143,700 to $230,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $143,700 USD to $230,200 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
