The Role
As Commercial Director – Regional ADE, you’ll partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to drive the organisation’s global commercial strategy across North America, the UK, and Europe. You’ll lead pricing, analytics, forecasting, and commercial excellence initiatives to ensure decisions are data-driven, profitable, and aligned with strategic objectives. Taking ownership of pricing governance, forecasting accuracy, and commercial analytics, you’ll directly impact revenue growth, margin performance, customer retention, and sustainable business growth through consistent practices and strong regional alignment.
Who We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
Minimum 7 years’ commercial experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing and commercial strategies
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organisations
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Experience driving change, continuous improvement, and productivity
Knowledge of aerospace heat treatment processes and materials
Familiarity with aerospace, ASME, ASM, and military specifications
Strategic and data-driven, with strong commercial acumen
Collaborative and influential, able to unite diverse teams behind a shared vision
Culturally agile, comfortable operating across multiple regions and time zones

Location & Work Pattern
This role can be based in North America, the UK, or Europe, with flexible or hybrid working arrangements depending on location. International travel of approximately 25% is required.
