About the role: The Business Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting business operations within King’s Business School, providing leadership and oversight across core operational functions including HR, Finance and Procurement, Education, Space Management, Health and Safety, Compliance, academic workload allocation, and people and culture initiatives. The post holder will own and manage processes and systems across these areas, developing strong operational expertise and an understanding of local needs. Working independently and collaboratively within the Faculty Business Operations team, they will use sound judgement to solve problems, identify risks, and set short- and long-term priorities to ensure effective service delivery.
