**Registered Manager - Children and Young People Carlisle, Cumbria** Our client, a reputable provider of young people residential care services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established dual-registered service supporting young people. These settled services benefit from full staffing teams and dedicated assistant managers in each home, offering a supportive environment for both staff and residents. ****What you'll be doing:****
* Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. * Overseeing staff teams, fostering a positive and professional working environment. * Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of young people. * Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining excellent relationships with regulatory bodies. * Supporting staff development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
****What you'll bring:****
* Proven leadership skills within social care, with experience managing large homes or services supporting young people. * Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations and care standards. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to motivate and develop staff teams.
****Essential skills and qualifications:****
* Level 3 Children and Your People Workforce/Residential Child Care and/or Level 5 management qualification in social care (or equivalent). * Experience managing a large or complex care service. * Full UK driving licence is desirable.

* Competitive salary: £52,232 (if ready to step up from Deputy Manager holding a Level 3 qualification), or £59,802 (with Level 5 and 12 months experience managing large homes). * £5,000 joining fee (first £2,500 paid in initial pay, second after 6 months). * £8,000 relocation support package. * Ongoing support from operations management. * Opportunities for further qualifications and professional development.
