Position Summary Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst and play a key role in driving financial insight and business performance across our Emerging Markets Commercial team. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to deliver meaningful financial analysis, shape forecasts, and support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager (CSD), you’ll operate within a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment where your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will be critical. What You’ll Do

• Lead forecasting, planning, and performance analysis processes, partnering with senior commercial stakeholders • Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership • Own and deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting, including revenue forecasts and business performance dashboards • Drive automation and continuous innovation, leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to improve reporting efficiency and enhance insight generation • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and business growth through data-driven analysis • Act as a trusted business partner, supporting cross-functional teams with financial expertise • Operate with agility, providing calm, structured guidance in a dynamic environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Advanced Excel skills (essential); experience with Power BI, Cognos, or SQL is a strong advantage • Solid grounding in FP&A fundamentals: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and root cause analysis • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financials to business outcomes • A proactive, analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative team player with a strong alignment to Thermo Fisher values • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar, or equivalent experience (3+ years) in FP&A or a commercial finance role • Willingness to work from one of our office locations
