About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care staff, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations, maintaining care standards, supporting service users, coordinating rotas and care packages, handling safeguarding concerns, and promoting person-centred care. The role also includes staff supervision, audits, recruitment support, incident management, and ensuring the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
