Pay: $21.69/hr + 10% Shift Differential (Second Shift) Department - IPC

• Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
• Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience:
• 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
• Experience with production equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality testing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
• Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
• Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment: This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.26–$22.88.
