We are seeking an experienced registered manager or deputy manager looking to progress, to become the registered manager for an OFSTED rated Good LD Children's Home. Information: - £45,000-£55,000 - Flexible work pattern - Level 3/4 in residential childcare required Roles and responsibilities: \* Ensure the home remains compliant with all relevant legislation, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Ofsted Quality Standards \* Provide strong leadership to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people \* Lead, supervise, and develop the existing residential care team \* Promote and embed safeguarding practices across the service \* Oversee care planning, risk management, and positive outcomes for young people \* Maintain high standards of recording, reporting, and operational practice \* Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring readiness for Ofsted inspections \* Build positive relationships with placing authorities, external professionals, and families \* Drive the home towards achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
