Raja Doncaster Meat Ltd, a premium UK meat supplier, has grown rapidly, with turnover rising from £10.6 million in 2024 to £11.9 million in 2025 and continuing to increase in 2026. To support expanding nationwide deliveries and a significantly larger fleet, we urgently require a Transport Manager. The role involves overseeing delivery schedules, route planning, driver and vehicle allocation, vehicle loading and unloading, fuel and cost monitoring, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, and record keeping. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, sound transport and logistics knowledge, and at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Our workforce comprises 25 staff, including one director and 13 migrant workers.
