Key Accountabilities 主要工作职责
• 项目管理和交付：参与服务器相关项目，管理项目进展和交付，确保项目任务按时完成。 • Project Management and Delivery: Participate in server-related projects, manage project progress and delivery, and ensure project tasks are completed on time. • 服务器架构和设计：负责评估、规划和设计服务器架构，确保服务器系统满足业务需求，并具备高性能、可扩展性和合规性。 • Server Architecture and Design: Evaluate, plan, and design server architecture to ensure server systems meet business requirements and deliver high performance, scalability, and compliance. • 服务器性能监控和优化：实施服务器性能监控和分析，识别性能瓶颈并提出优化建议，以保障服务器高效运行。 • Server Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement server performance monitoring and analysis, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations to ensure efficient server operation. • 安全管理和漏洞修补：制定并执行服务器安全策略，定期进行安全漏洞扫描和修补，确保服务器环境的安全性及符合 GWSS 合规要求。 • Security Management and Vulnerability Remediation: Develop and execute server security policies, conduct regular vulnerability scans and remediation, and ensure the security of the server environment and compliance with GWSS requirements. • 技术支持和协调：提供技术支持，并与其他团队协调工作，确保服务器相关事务顺利推进。 • Technical Support and Coordination: Provide technical support and coordinate with other teams to ensure server-related activities are carried out smoothly.
Qualifications 任职资格
• 计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域本科及以上学历。 • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 具备良好的英语口语表达能力，能够胜任日常英语沟通及跨团队事务协调。 • Good spoken English communication skills, with the ability to handle daily English communication and cross-team coordination. • 熟悉 Microsoft、Red Hat、VMware、Oracle、IBM 等主流软件厂商的许可模式、授权规则及许可计算方式。 • Familiar with the licensing models, authorization rules, and license calculation methods of major software vendors such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Oracle, and IBM. • 至少 5 年服务器管理、维护和支持经验。 • At least 5 years of experience in server administration, maintenance, and support. * We are committed to equal opportunity and reject any forms of discrimination.
