Title: Team Leader (Talent Acquisition TAC) Location: GSC BOG The Team Leader – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading a team of TAC Experts and Seniors in charge of supporting global recruitment processes for DHL. This role ensures operational excellence, high-quality hiring delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement across recruitment activities, while driving team performance, process standardization, and strong candidate and business partner experience. The position requires a strong people leader with solid experience in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, talent acquisition metrics and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, global and multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and support a team of approximately 12 Talent Acquisition professionals, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, respect and high performance. • Oversee end-to-end recruitment support activities for global DHL stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and quality-driven execution of hiring processes. • Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and service-level expectations, including productivity, quality, turnaround time, aging requisitions, stakeholder satisfaction, and candidate experience. • Ensure proper workload distribution, capacity management, and prioritization across the team, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Act as the main point of contact for Business Partners, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. • Support the team in managing complex recruitment cases, escalations, urgent hiring needs, or sensitive stakeholder situations, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution. • Drive operational excellence by standardizing recruitment processes, maintaining updated SOPs, toolkits, work instructions, and best practices aligned with global Talent Acquisition guidelines. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, recruitment governance, data accuracy, confidentiality requirements, and administrative procedures related to hiring processes. • Analyze recruitment data and prepare performance insights, dashboards, or updates to support decision-making and continuous improvement. • Promote a strong candidate experience by ensuring professional communication, timely follow-up, and consistent recruitment process execution. • Provide regular coaching, feedback, performance follow-up, and development plans for the team members. • Identify training needs within the team and coordinate upskilling initiatives related to recruitment tools, interview coordination, sourcing support, stakeholder management, communication, and process knowledge. • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition stakeholders, OpEx, and other internal areas to implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization initiatives. • Ensure accurate and timely usage of recruitment systems, internal platforms, and reporting tools required for operational tracking and visibility. Skills / Requirements:
• Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. • At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries is required • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle, hiring workflows, stakeholder management, and service delivery models. • Experience managing operational KPIs, dashboards, workload distribution, team productivity, quality controls, and performance follow-up. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, develop, and guide teams in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with global Business Partners and hiring teams. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle escalations and sensitive conversations professionally. • High level of English, including speaking, writing, listening, and business communication. • Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office tools. • Experience with recruitment systems, ATS platforms, HR tools, or service management platforms is desirable. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify process improvement opportunities. • Customer service mindset, sense of urgency, autonomy, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
