About this role

Job Purpose The Field Sales Executive for Roadfreight is responsible for generating Revenue, Volume and GP by promoting and selling mainly for Roadfreight services to customers. This role requires extensive knowledge of Roadfreight logistics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Tasks • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and other means to expand the customer base through pipeline development. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and long term relationships with potential customers to understand their needs. • Quoting: Prepare and present rates based on the customer's requirements by using default system. • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions for tenders and RFQ’s, including rates and service levels • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive pricing, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to its growth and profitability. • CRM usage and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM. Generate reports to management on sales progress. • Collaboration: Work closely with the pricing and operations team to meet the customer's expectations. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • University degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field • Min 5 years of Sales experience in the logistics industry, Roadfreight dedicated sales is prefered. • Strong knowledge of Roadfreight services • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Good command in English and Turkish (written&spoken) • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated and teamwork oriented • Knowledge of international Roadfreight regulations is a plus • Residence in Bursa • B class driving licence holder with no travel restrictions • No military obligation for male candidates #LI-TUR
