HR Specialist (Generalist Profile)

Role Purpose

The HR Specialist is responsible for the daily management, control, and coordination of administrative tasks. Supports training and engagement activities within the HR department. Moreover, this role will assist in various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Accountabilities

• Support daily HR administrative tasks in coordination with the Service Center, including contract management, payroll issue follow-up and absenteeism tracking. • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and basic HR information. • Monitor and track HR KPIs (as turnover, absenteeism, headcount). • Prepare and update HR and management reports using Excel and Power BI. • Keep HR data and employee files and internal systems updated and well organized. • Collaborate in HR projects and internal initiatives. • Support employee engagement activities and maintain close contact with the team. • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a positive welcome experience and in the coming months.

Requirements for the job

• University Degree (Human Resources or Labor Law). • Fluent (C1) English Level. • Previous experience in a generalist administrative role, with a genuine passion for HR-related tasks. • Team-oriented professional. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient or advanced level of Microsoft Package (mainly Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word). • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and embracing new challenges. • Desirable Power BI.
