What you will do • Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting • Monitor transport profitability (routes, customers, service areas) • Drive improvement actions on low-margin customers • Analyze network efficiency, idle capacity, and start-up performance • Partner with Operations and Business Units to support decision-making • Deliver insights and reporting to improve performance What we are looking for • Degree in Economics / Finance • 5+ years experience in controlling • Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus • Fluency in English • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
