We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, hands-on Warehouse Officer Support to take full ownership of our Wellington warehouse, supporting our three business divisions.

This is a busy, operations-focused position that requires strong time management, communication, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for all on-site warehouse activities across, including stock control and maintaining inventory levels in line with business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the full stock lifecycle, including ordering, receipting, storage, and dispatch of productsAccurately pick, pack, and process sales ordersMaintain optimal stock levels and report discrepancies upon receipt of goodsEnsure stock is readily available for technicians and van drivers to support maximum productivityHandle delicate and sensitive products with care and attentionLoad and unload deliveries and manage internal product distributionOrganise and conduct monthly stocktakes, including reportingMaintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment, including management of the on-site rubbish compactorEstablish and maintain appropriate controls and processes for stock pick-upCarry out washbay duties, including emptying and sanitising wheelie bins using a bin lifterProvide in-field assistance with servicing or installations when requiredEnsure daily warehouse lock-up and general site security

What we’re looking for:

2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role preferredForklift Licence preferredReliable, organised and comfortable working independentlyStrong attention to detail and an ownership mindsetFamiliarity with inventory management systems - ERP experience is a bonusA positive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable doing hands-on work and being on your feetGood physical fitness for handling and moving productsExcellent customer service and communication skillsCommitment to a safety-first approach and strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures
