The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the HR team, enhancing our processes, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digitalize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentialitySupport the HR department with daily administrative tasksOrganizing and maintaining physical and digital employee recordsFiling sensitive HR documents (contracts, performance reviews, benefits info)Retrieving requested files for HR management and legal auditsSorting and distributing incoming HR mail and internal correspondenceScanning, indexing, and archiving historical recordsEnsuring strict confidentiality and security of all personnel filesProcessing paperwork for new hires, transfers, and terminationsAssisting with the preparation of documents for orientations or meetingsAssist with HR projects as needed Requirements
To qualify for the Human Resource Administrative Assistant (Contract) role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least five (5) CXC passes, inclusive of Mathematics and EnglishCertificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High level of confidentiality and understanding of HR compliance.Benefits
