Ambius Services, part of the Rentokil Initial Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Local Service Manager – Installations to lead our indoor plant installation operations across client and commercial sites.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of Installers to deliver high-quality, compliant and efficient installations that exceed customer expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational delivery, people management and customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Plantscape Consultants to support bespoke design solutions and deliver successful project installationsLead and execute the regional annual operational planManage stock ordering and onsite igloo operations in line with Plant Health and Hygiene standardsCoach, mentor and train the Installation team to achieve monthly targets and performance outcomesMonitor installation productivity, identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous year-on-year improvementConduct regular quality audits across a defined client portfolioEnsure company service standards and compliance requirements are consistently metOptimise service efficiency through effective use of tools, systems and technologyMaintain fleet vehicles to company safety, cleanliness and reliability standardsProactively resolve customer issues and build strong, long-term client relationshipsTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
