We are looking for a US Real Estate Portfolio administrator based in Brazil, to support the growth and organization of the Real Estate Portfolio Administration team and to provide attentive support to internal parties. If you are a well organized, analytical person with exceptional communication and problem solving skills then this role may be for you!
What you will focus on:
Work with Real Estate Managers/Associates on all related business activities to leasing, on-boarding and managing the existing portfolioAct as point of contact for all leases with Landlord and coordinating with local teamsUnit/Building/Process information entry, ensuring all fields are accurately filled and clear for other teamsMaintain contract and property files in internal systemsAssist markets with insurance (COI) requests to ensure proper coverage and address renewal as policies expireTrack lease expirations coming up on a monthly basis and work with RE Manager/Associates/GMs to make renewal decisionsCommunicate with landlords if needed to support Sales/OPS/CX operationsSupport RE local team, GM and RE Admin Manager, CX/OPS with ad-hoc projectsAssist the Real Estate Portfolio Administrator Manager and Central Real Estate Team with the administrative side of negotiations and deals: payments, data entry, reviewing ledgersWork closely with Finance and Accounting to control landlord payments Assist with Payments for Marked to Market/Capital Efficient UnitsEstablishing/improving processes for portfolio onboarding and management. Requirements
Degree from a top-tier universityMin. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (residential Real Estate or hospitality experience will be considered as a plus)Fluency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulation, data entry, charts, pivot tables) and PowerpointSelf-starter with a roll up your sleeves mentalityEntrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and focus on resultsStrong quantitative and analytical skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and with speedAttention to detail Benefits
