About this role

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of the technology environment. The PA will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and appointmentsPrioritize scheduling based on business impact and urgencyPrepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting summariesTrack follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action itemsManage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEOAct as a liaison between the CEO and board members, investors, executives, and partnersDraft, edit, and review emails, and official correspondenceAttend meetings alongside the CEOTake meeting minutes, capture decisions and action itemsEnsure accurate and professional representation of the CEO at all timesProvide solutions to personal matters not limited to reminders to the CEO when required including personal calendar. Strategic & Administrative Support

Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverablesMaintain organized and secure records of sensitive informationConfidentiality & Security Awareness

Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretionFollow secure communication and data-handling best practicesAct with a high level of integrity and professionalismTravel & Logistics

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logisticsManage expense tracking and reimbursementsOrganizing meetings and executive engagementsRequired Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executiveStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthinessAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTools & Skills

Proficiency with calendar and email management tools (Microsoft 365)Strong working knowledge of documents and presentation toolsExperience with task and project management systems is a plusBenefits
