As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be part of an agile, multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced security-focused products. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle—from early concept and technical studies through to delivery of robust, high-quality, and certified solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work broadly across the product lifecycle, with a primary focus on:
Embedded software development for security-critical products Toolchains and development environments Integration and collaboration with hardware, FPGA, and other system components System analysis, verification, documentation, and quality assurance Supporting system-level reliability, performance, and security Onboarding & DevelopmentYou will be assigned a mentor at the start of your role to ensure a structured onboarding experience and smooth integration into the team. Required Experience & Skills Several years of experience in embedded software development Strong proficiency in C and C++ Experience developing and troubleshooting in Linux-based embedded environments Ability to work across complex systems and interfaces Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills Interest or experience in cybersecurity Experience with: System design or threat modeling Complex or security-critical technical environments Network products, network protocols, and tools such as Wireshark System-level troubleshooting close to electronics Scripting skills (e.g. Python, Linux shell scripting) Experience working in agile development teams Additional InformationThis role involves working on security-classified products.
