Duties and Responsibilities:
Quotation & Inside Sales Support
Prepare accurate, timely quotations based on customer inquiries, pricing guidelines, and product specifications.Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads, identifying opportunities, and maintaining customer engagement.Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and technical sales materials. Customer Communication & Support
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or other communication channels.Provide detailed product information, technical guidance, and general support to customers and prospects.Follow up on outstanding quotes, leads, and inquiries to support sales conversions.Product & Technical Knowledge
Support the sales team with product demos and presentations by clearly explaining features, benefits, and technical details.Coordinate with engineering or technical teams to address customer questions or resolve technical issues.Order Processing & Coordination
Assist with reviewing and processing sales orders for accuracy and completeness.Ensure all order details align with customer requirements and internal standards.CRM & Administrative Management
Maintain and update CRM records, including customer profiles, activity logs, opportunities, and pipelines.Support the sales team with meeting coordination, scheduling, and calendar managementRequirements
Must-Have Skills / Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of related experience in technical sales, inside sales, or as a sales coordinatorInternational sales experience is preferred, but local experience may be considered if the candidate has the required skillsTechnical knowledge is required, with the ability to understand engineering or electronic conceptsEngineering degree is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailProficient in CRM systems and standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work on-site in Cebu or Manila and align with U.S. business hours (night shift)
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5PM (EDT) / 8:30PM-5AM (PHT)
Location: Full-Onsite, Tentative (Manila)
