Our client is a fast-scaling eCommerce brand in the beauty sector, recognized for creative storytelling and direct-to-consumer growth. They are seeking a Performance Media Buyer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. This role is designed for a data-driven operator who loves pushing creative boundaries, driving ROAS, and scaling revenue. You will lead the charge on paid media performance, testing new ideas, and making decisive optimizations that directly impact growth.
Core Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest with precision and speed Build and execute creative testing frameworks that prevent fatigue and scale winners quickly Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through funnel testing and retargeting strategiesOwn budget allocation and pacing, ensuring profitable scaling while protecting CPA targetsProduce weekly performance reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendationsCollaborate daily with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad conceptsMaintain strict compliance with platform ad policies and beauty industry advertising standardsIdentify growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and placements, proposing bold testsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep campaigns ahead of the curve Requirements
4–6 years of experience managing paid social campaigns at $100k+/month spendProven success in beauty/eCommerce or other fast-growth D2C verticals Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Pinterest Ads Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while improving ROAS and lowering CACStrong skills in creative iteration, UGC testing, and ad concept development Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization• Ability to work full-time aligned with PST hours Stable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) and a reliable backup optionCross-channel experience in Google Ads, YouTube, or Affiliate Marketing Dashboard/reporting skills in Looker, Data Studio, or advanced Excel Experience integrating influencer or UGC content into paid ads strategy• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-driven bid optimizationBackground working with agencies or multiple brand portfolios
