As a Chef de Partie at Maroma, a Belmond Hotel, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, ensuring that exceptional dining experiences are delivered to our guests across our luxurious establishments. In this position, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, leading preparation and cooking efforts to produce high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per the menu and company standards.Manage and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations within the station.Collaborate with the Sous Chef to develop new recipes and menu items.Monitor stock levels and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff.Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation.Effective communication, both written and verbal in English and SpanishExcellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.Benefits
