About the CompanyA fast-growing performance-driven eCommerce brand scaling aggressively through TikTok Shop and affiliate-led growth. The team operates globally with a strong focus on GMV, creator partnerships, and performance efficiency.
Scope of the RoleThe TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager will own and scale the affiliate ecosystem with a strong buyer mindset. This role focuses on recruiting, managing, and optimising affiliates and creators that can consistently drive GMV. A strong understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, affiliate attribution, and performance-based partnerships is essential.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates with a strong GMV focusBuild relationships with high-performing creators and buyer-style affiliatesMonitor affiliate performance, GMV contribution, and ROILaunch and optimize affiliate campaigns and incentivesCollaborate closely with media buyers and creative teamsManage communication via Discord, Telegram, Slack, and internal groupsIdentify and scale winning affiliate strategies by region (EU focus)Coordinate product seeding, offers, and commission structures
Requirements
Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliatesStrong understanding of GMV-driven affiliate strategiesExperience working with buyer-style affiliates (not only influencers)Background in performance brands or affiliate agenciesComfortable working with large affiliate rostersExperience with tools such as Euka, Growi, or similar (nice to have)
