Job Title: Paid Social Ad Designer Job Type: Part-time / Remote Work Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Job Overview:We’re helping our client find a Paid Social Ad Designer to bring fresh, thoughtful design to digital creative across paid and owned channels. In this role, you’ll help concept and produce high-impact, conversion-driven ad campaigns while collaborating with marketing partners to extend creative across multiple digital touchpoints. You’ll contribute to building a cohesive, elevated brand experience across paid ads, email, landing pages, and other digital executions.
Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and produce performance-driven creative for paid digital campaigns, including static and motion assets across key platforms and placements. Capture, retouch and edit photography and video content for paid channels. Adapt and extend paid creative into broader digital executions as needed (e.g., landing pages, email graphics, site modules, organic social), maintaining consistency across touchpoints. Brief creators to produce on-brand, performance-driven assets to be used for paid, building a diverse library of content. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing and creative to interpret briefs, contribute design ideas, and align with campaign goals. Present design concepts and work-in-progress to stakeholders; incorporate feedback to refine and strengthen final creative. Learn from and iterate based on performance insights, benchmarks, and testing goals to improve effectiveness over time. Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all projects, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and craft. Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work within timelines. Organize and maintain digital files to support collaboration and efficient workflows.Requirements
Must-Have: 2+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that includes paid social/digital creative (beauty/wellness experience preferred). Ability to photograph and shoot video, and strong retouching and video capabilities. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of digital design systems and production workflows. Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and detail. Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback quickly and thoughtfully. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with performance marketing goals and an interest in designing work that evolves through iteration and results.
