Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive EMEA DTC Marketing Administrator / Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the EMEA DTC Marketing Manager. This role is central to ensuring smooth execution across reporting, agency coordination, budget tracking, and go-to-market (GTM) calendar management—enabling consistent and high-performing marketing delivery across EMEA markets.
You will serve as a key operational partner to the marketing team, owning day-to-day coordination, documentation, and workflow management while acting as a reliable point of connection between internal stakeholders and external agencies. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Coordination
Track action items from performance reviews and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Act as the day-to-day liaison between the DTC Marketing Manager, paid media agencies, affiliate partners, and internal teams. Track agency deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure on-time execution. Meetings & Communication
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute clear next steps and timelines. Maintain consistent communication flow between internal teams and external partners. Creative & Asset Management
Manage creative and translation requests for paid media channels. Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of assets to agencies. Budget & Reporting Support
Maintain budget trackers and media spend reports across channels and markets. Monitor spend and flag potential overspend or underspend risks to the DTC Marketing Manager. GTM Calendar & Planning
Maintain the EMEA GTM marketing calendar, ensuring launches, campaigns, and key moments are clearly documented and aligned. Coordinate timelines across marketing, creative, and agency partners to ensure continuity of execution. Documentation & Process Management
Organize project documentation, briefs, status updates, and reporting within shared systems. Ensure files, dashboards, trackers, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.Requirements

Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative support role E-commerce or digital marketing experience is a plus Experience working with agencies, creative teams, or project management tools is desirable but not essential
