Job Title: Amazon Brand Manager
Type: Full-time; Remote
Schedule: Ability to work 12-8pm UK time to allow some overlap with US (Pacific Time) hours for meetings
Overview: Join the Brand's Marketplaces Team to support the execution, optimization, and operational excellence of our Amazon and Digital Retail business (Amazon Dr. Squatch and Jukebox, Walmart, and Target). This role partners closely with Supply Chain & Fulfillment, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Retail, and external marketplace agencies to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, new SKUs launch on time, content remains accurate and compliant, and performance reporting is reliable. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable owning execution while also bringing forward strategic recommendations based on performance data, business goals, and marketplace best practices.
Core Responsibilities: A. Marketplace Catalog & Content Operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, and TargetManage parent/child variations, packaging transitions, and SKU lifecycle updatesMonitor product detail pages to ensure content accuracy, order, and complianceManage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) content updates and related casesSupport Brand Store maintenance, including new product launches and seasonal updatesB. Copywriting & Content Localization
Write and adapt marketplace-specific product copy in line with brand, retailer, and compliance guidelinesImplement content updates accurately across domestic and international marketplaces in coordination with agenciesCoordinate with Creative teams on localized content for international marketplaces (CA, UK, EU, AU)C. Product Setup & Launch Support
Support new SKU setup by coordinating copy, imagery, and PDP assets and launching VineAssist with the creation and implementation of enhanced content (A+, Brand Stores)Support launch readiness checks to ensure listings are live, accurate, and merchandised correctlyD. Asset Management & Content QA
Manage product imagery and assets from creative tools such as FigmaResize, reformat, and quality-check assets to meet marketplace specificationsSupport IP approvals for limited-edition product assets as neededE. Pricing, Suppressions & Operational Monitoring
Monitor and resolve product suppressions related to pricing, content, or IP issuesTrack temporary pricing adjustments and ensure timely reversionProactively flag anomalies in listings, pricing, or availability for investigationF. Reporting, Operations & Continuous Improvement
Execute data pulls for Digital Retail and support operational reporting accuracyManage Amazon B2B invoicing for select international marketsMonitor returns, reviews, and customer feedback to surface operational insightsIdentify and recommend improvements to content quality, launch execution, workflows, and toolsSupport documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
Must-Have:
3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations for Amazon marketplaces within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, with direct ownership of catalog accuracy, content execution, and operational issue resolutionProven ability to support new product launches on Amazon or other digital retailers, coordinating across creative, operations, and external agency partnersExperience managing multi-SKU catalogs with parent/child variations and frequent updatesStrong experience writing or adapting marketplace-specific product copy that balances brand voice, retailer requirements, and compliance standardsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Supply Chain/Fulfillment, Marketing, and external agenciesAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret high volumes of data into actionable insights and recommendationsExceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, execution-heavy workstreams in a fast-paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide concise updates and recommendations to stakeholdersAbility to work 12-8pm UK time to allow some overlap with US (Pacific Time) hours for meetings Nice to Have:
