Overview:
This role is suited for a performance-focused LinkedIn B2B Ads Specialist with deep experience running campaigns aimed at B2B buyers. You will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of LinkedIn advertising efforts, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, cost efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities: 1. LinkedIn Ads Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B decision-makersBuild and optimize campaigns within LinkedIn Campaign ManagerDevelop and test ad copy, creatives, and offers across funnel stagesImplement and optimize LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and conversion tracking2. Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CTR, and lead qualityRun A/B tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, and formatsScale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and quality3. Reporting & Insights
Track and analyze key performance metrics and funnel conversion dataProduce clear performance reports with insights and optimization recommendationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align ads with sales and training initiatives
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B companiesProven ability to generate qualified leads at scaleStrong understanding of B2B audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategyExperience optimizing campaigns beyond vanity metricsAnalytical mindset with strong reporting and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and take full ownership of resultsEST working overlap preferred
