About this role

Why This Role ExistsOur warehouse is the operational engine of our business. The place where inventory becomes assembled vehicles, battery systems, and charging infrastructure on the ground in Tanzania.

We need a Warehouse Manager who owns it like it’s their company: inventory, people, China flow, safety, capital efficiency, and execution with zero excuses. No bureaucracy. No firefighting. Just dependable delivery of what markets and customers actually need. On time, in full, every day.

Founder’s note: For us, a warehouse isn’t storage - it determines how fast our products get into the hands of our customers. We care about speed of execution and inventory that supports our growth without tying up capital.
