What You’ll Do 🔍 Drive Medical Utilization Excellence
• Review and assess patient cases to ensure medical necessity and appropriate length of stay • Apply clinical guidelines to support high-quality, cost-effective care • Partner with medical teams to resolve complex cases 🏥 Collaborate with Hospital Networks
• Work closely with hospital providers to improve service quality and utilization practices • Investigate and address inappropriate or inefficient care patterns • Build strong partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem 📊 Turn Insights into Action
• Analyse utilization trends and contribute to meaningful reports • Identify opportunities for improvement in care delivery and cost management 🤝 Enhance Customer Experience
• Support and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy • Contribute to initiatives that elevate hospital service standards
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field • 3–5 years’ experience in utilization review, case management, or hospital-based nursing (ICU/CCU/Medical) • Strong analytical thinking and clinical judgment • Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills • Passion for improving healthcare quality and efficiency • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
