Role overview The department Legal Operations acts as important enabler for the sale and delivery of Allianz Services services to Operating Entities (OEs) within the Allianz Group. Legal Operations is responsible for standardizing and automating the services contract landscape with a strong emphasis on innovation and transformation, leveraging digital tools and forward-thinking strategies. What you do:
• Lead initiatives to modernize and optimize legal operations processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices; • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within the legal and contract management landscape; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing workflows and ensure seamless adoption; • Support the identification and resolution of gaps in contractual coverage to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements; • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization; • Stay updated on industry developments and bring innovative ideas to the table to continuously improve the function; • Provide input on key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed in an efficient manner; • Develop and implement new reports in its area in order to address the business needs. What you bring:
• Higher education degree in law, economics, IT (business informatics), or comparable qualification / equivalent practical experience; • 5+ years (International) working experience in the field of legal, legal operations, contract management or comparable areas and ease in working in a diverse and multicultural environment required • Experience with legal technology tools such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, e-signature platforms, and legal analytics software; • Strong understanding of legal operations processes, including contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation • Very good communication and relationship building skills, especially with senior internal and external stakeholders, convincing oral and written communication with business fluent levels of English (German nice to have); • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure (with limited guidance) with high levels of motivation, resilience and flexibility; • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
