Executive Assistant/ Employee Experience Partner
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: Competitive base + benefits
The Executive Assistant & Employee Experience Partner provides high-impact administrative, project, and site-level support to senior leaders while serving as a culture carrier and connector for the Austin office. This role blends traditional executive assistance with light project management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on support for employee experience initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational instincts, a proactive and service-oriented mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for building community and helping teams do their best work. The role requires someone who can move seamlessly between details and relationships—keeping leaders organized, projects on track, and the Austin office energized, welcoming, and well-supported.

What You'll Do:
Executive Partnership & Administrative Excellence
Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense management
Anticipate executive needs and manage competing priorities with sound judgment and discretion
Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up notes to ensure meetings are productive and action-oriented
Serve as a trusted partner who enables leaders to stay focused on strategic priorities
Project Coordination & Organizational Support
Support internal projects by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables
Coordinate across teams to ensure follow-through and alignment on commitments
Create structure for projects through simple plans, status updates, and documentation
Help surface risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
Bring a practical, “get-things-done” mindset to moving work forward
Austin Site Support & Culture Leadership
Serve as a visible, welcoming presence for the Austin office and visiting employees
Partner with the Austin Site Manager to support day-to-day site operations
Assist with planning and executing Austin-based events, team gatherings, and celebrations
Support employee onboarding logistics and new-hire experiences in the Austin office
Act as a culture ambassador and cheerleader, helping create a connected, positive, and engaging employee experience
Bring energy, warmth, and pride to making the Austin office a great place to work
Communication, Coordination, and Employee Experience
Serve as a connector between leaders, teams, and office operations
Communicate clearly and professionally across levels and functions
Support change initiatives and communication efforts as new processes or initiatives are introduced
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, employee experience, and operational effectiveness
What You'll Bring:
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in technology or corporate environments
Comfort supporting senior leaders while maintaining approachability and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Clear, warm, and confident communicator Tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Teams
Service-oriented mindset balanced with good judgment and boundaries
Learning-oriented and adaptable, with curiosity about better ways to work
Positive energy, optimism, and genuine enjoyment in supporting others
