We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team and provide essential technical expertise and guidance for product maintenance projects within our ultrasound scanner systems domain.

In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge and experience to support documentation and specification activities, lead engineering changes, and solve technical challenges using analytical thinking. You will also coordinate across teams and provide informal leadership and guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product maintenance projects from A-to-Z

• Leverage in-depth production process and technical knowledge

• Support documentation and specification activities related to product maintenance

• Lead engineering changes and engineering change orders (ECOs)

• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and execute tasks using strong technical and analytical skills

• Provide informal guidance and mentoring to team members

• Lead smaller installed base projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Experience within engineering, technology, and production support—preferably in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment

• Ability to work on-site in Denmark, with flexibility to work from home as agreed with the manager
