The Role: We’re looking for Legal Operations & AI Enablement Lead. This role plays a key part in enabling the Practice Operations function to deliver best-in-class Legal Operations. You will help translate strategy into action by operationalising Legal Operations initiatives through smart use of AI, data-driven insights, and disciplined project delivery, working closely with senior leadership.You’ll take clear strategic direction and turn it into tangible results — leading Legal Operations projects end-to-end, delivering reporting and metrics aligned to client needs, embedding AI into day-to-day workflows, maintaining AI-ready documentation, and producing high-quality legal delivery insights that add real value for clients.This is a hands-on practitioner role for someone who thrives on execution.
