THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/x) to join our finance team and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this position, you will ensure transparency in financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to process optimization.
Preparation of budget, forecast, and actual vs. target analyses Further development of controlling reports and KPI management Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Analysis of variances and derivation of action recommendations Participation in strategic projects and process optimizations Preparation of actual vs. target comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations Establishment and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS)
YOUR PROFILE
Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field Several years of experience in controlling, ideally within an IT environment Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
