Software support and development (Client specific tools)
Our responsability as Alten team is to take the necessary actions to ensure the normal operation of web applications assigned by the client and contribute the development of existing and new solutions.
Following this, the consultant on this roll will have the missions below:
Proactive Incident Resolution on ticketing tools (approximately 20% of the activity, with priority 0 for the client):
User assistanceBug and error correctionDeveloping Client-Requested Evolutions on AVL Concerto:
Specification validationWorkload analysis and planningDevelopment and testing of new solutionsProject deployment on client servers (using standard libraries and SVN)Technical Documentation Writing
Generating and Documenting Internal Feedback
Escalating Technical Information to the project manager for client-side negotiations on quality and deadline
Bac +5 en informatique ou équivalent
Prerequests :
- PHP Full-stack web developper
- Programming lanquages and frameworks : PHP, JAVASCRIPT, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, Bootstrap4,HTML
- Databases: MySQL, phpMyAdmin
- Versionning tools : Git/Gitub
- Software architecture: MVC Model
- Powershell
