About this role
The purpose of this role is assisting the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Design & Construction Team with daily administrative functions and office duties. Responsibilities include:
Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateApplies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibilityDemonstrates and promotes the company visionDemonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaborationProactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivityMeets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaborationRegular attendance and punctualityAbility to utilize Microsoft Office software and specialty software packagesStrong computer skillsStrong organization skillsWilling to learn new tasks as assignedAbility to prioritize work on several concurrent activitiesAbility to communicate professionally with both written and oral techniquesCommunicates effectively with internal and external contactsManage project equipment/supply orders and invoicingManage department credit card reconciliation and cross-charge reportsCapture and transcribe notes and action items from project meetingsCommunicates effectively with client staff membersConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assigned High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in an administrative role, related experience helpfulWork independentlySelf-motivationStrong organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneouslyAbility to use Microsoft Office applicationsCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writingHigh energy, honest, dependable, and trustworthy;Strong attention to detail Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
