The Opportunity
As an Operations Manager, you’ll help power the teams delivering our onboarding, billing and industry data operations across a fast‑moving portfolio. You’ll be part of the group supporting the transition towards An Electric Britain, contributing to a service that supports businesses nationwide and drives trusted customer outcomes.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of circa £57,500 per annum, depending on your experience. This role can be flexible on location and offers flexible working. With most of the team based in Exeter there will be periodic travel to this EDF site as well as other sites only when business needs require.
You'll play a key role in creating a consistent, compliant and performance‑driven operation. From improving processes to empowering teams, you’ll be central to shaping how we work. With the support of our leaders and your peers, you’ll have space to innovate, influence and grow.
