Negotiates terms to guarantee the best conditions for acquisition of goods and services, by respecting procurement process, procedures and legal requirements.Detect new suppliers and optimize number of existing suppliers.Sustainable reduction of purchasing prices in consideration of functional and quality aspects.Order tracking: Ensures PO/contract tracking, by maintaining permanent contact with the suppliers and the requesters and by taking corrective measures to guarantee supplies in due date.Supplier selection, supplier evaluation and reduction to optimize the existing supplier panel.Clearance of invoice deviations (price difference). Claims of insufficient goods / services.Offer evaluation, creation of offer comparison.Prepares standard reports to make results transparent and control purchasing activities on a results oriented basis.
