Key responsibilities include:
Working with Agents to coordinate and compile reports, submissions, and documentationAssisting in the creation and production of engaging marketing materialsUpdating company databases and uploading listing information as requiredManaging online listings across the Colliers website and third‑party platformsCoordinating travel and accommodation bookingsProcessing, reconciling, and actioning invoices and expenses What you’ll bring:
Recent and relevant experience in a similar roleExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPointInDesign experience is a bonus, but not essentialExceptional attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, high‑performing team We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
