This is a rare opportunity for a third-year student to join our team as an Assistant Valuer to learn from the best. You’ll work alongside our national team of industry-leading valuers who will mentor you every step of the way.
As part of our Government & Legal Valuation and Advisory division, you’ll gain hands-on experience with complex, high-profile projects, a variety of asset classes and significant property portfolios. Your work will help shape decisions on some of the city’s most iconic assets.
You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
Currently studying tertiary studies in an Australian Property Institute (API) accredited degree with the aim of working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer.Strong attention to detail.Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills.Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team.Your strong numerical analysis and problem solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
