This is a full-time, permanent post. The Academic Affairs Administrator ensures the efficient delivery of the NYU London academic programme and works closely with faculty and staff to coordinate academic class preparation and administration. The Administrator is the first point of contact for any academic student enquiries and manages communications between students, the Academic Affairs team, other NYUL administrative staff and faculty.
Academic Affairs Office administration: 50%
Dealing with general enquiries and administrative tasks associated with the successful running of the Academic Affairs Department Coordinating the management of student attendance records in line with UKVI and NYU requirements…
Class, Student and Faculty Support: 50%
Acting as first point of contact for academic-related faculty and student enquiries in person or by email/Zoom/phone; providing advice and guidance to students and faculty about academic policies and procedures Coordinating co-curricular trip bookings and administration
