Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team and help ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote positive behaviour and encourage safe, happy play during the lunchtime periodSupervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesSupport pupils with eating, including promoting healthy choices and being mindful of dietary requirements and allergiesAssist with setting up, clearing, wiping down, and moving tables and trays in the dining hallProvide appropriate support to pupils with personal care, mobility, feeding, or 1:1 needs where requiredDeal calmly and effectively with minor accidents or behavioural incidents, reporting concerns appropriatelyMaintain good order and discipline, safeguarding the wellbeing of all childrenFollow school policies, procedures, and instructions relating to lunchtime arrangementsWe Are Looking For Someone WhoIs calm, patient, and caringEnjoys working with children and supporting their wellbeingCan work effectively as part of a teamUnderstands the importance of safeguarding and health & safetyThis is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys supporting children and making a positive difference during the school day.
