Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Bachelor's in Finance/Business/Economics/Sciences or related fields Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Assist in day-to-day implementation of HR policies, procedures, and instructions. - Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, attendance, leave, and basic recruitment documentation. - Provide support in recruitment activities such as collecting applications, maintaining candidate databases, and interview coordination. - Assist in onboarding and induction logistics, including documentation and coordination. - Support payroll data preparation by compiling attendance and leave information. - Provide clerical, administrative, and logistical support for HR activities, meetings, and events. - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR documents and records. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
