About this role

Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Bachelors in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer/Software Engineering or related fields Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Provide first-level IT support for users, including hardware, software, network, and access-related issues. - Assist in installation, setup, and routine maintenance of IT equipment and applications. - Support monitoring of systems, backups, and basic security alerts. - Assist in data digitization, uploads, and system record maintenance. - Maintain IT inventories, help-desk logs, and basic documentation. - Support organization of IT trainings and preparation of user guides. - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of IT systems and data. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
