Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters in Finance/Economics/Business/Engineering/Public Policy/Energy or ACCA/ACMA Conditions: - Experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuation, and restructuring is preferred. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Support execution of approved privatization transactions under the guidance of senior officers. - Collect, compile, and analyze data on assigned entities/assets, including financial, legal, operational, and ownership information. - Assist in preliminary due diligence exercises and preparation of background notes, reports, and working papers. - Support development of transaction execution strategies and structuring options. - Assist in drafting transaction documents, including Information Memorandums, bidding documents, and draft agreements. - Coordinate with Financial Advisors, consultants, and internal teams for timely flow of information and documentation. - Assist in preparation of briefs, presentations, and summaries for the Privatisation Commission, CCoP, and other forums. - Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines, and support validation of advisor outputs. - Maintain transaction records, data rooms, and documentation repositories. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
